Holistic IHHT therapy under medical supervision

Respiro Care stands for modern, scientifically based respiratory and cell therapies with a clear focus on Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT). Our goal is to holistically support people in sustainably improving their physical, mental, and emotional performance.

As an accredited IHHT center at OZentrum (ozentrum.ch), we operate according to current quality and safety standards. Our programs are designed for both health-conscious individuals and those experiencing increased physical or mental stress.

IHHT at Respiro Care

IHHT is a gentle, non-invasive training method that specifically stimulates cellular energy production (mitochondria). Through controlled alternations of oxygen deficiency (hypoxia) and oxygen excess (hyperoxia), metabolism is activated at the cellular level.

At Respiro Care, IHHT is individually tailored and performed under professional supervision.
A particular focus of our work is on the support of psychological and psychosomatic symptoms, including, for example:

• Decline in concentration and performance
• Stress-related complaints
• Supportive care for people with mental health challenges

In this sensitive area, IHHT is performed in close consultation and under the supervision of a psychiatrist to ensure maximum safety and therapeutic quality.
